“Pros: Water pressure was great Cons: Roaches and mice”

“Unit 5A Pros: Big apartments, right next to the Q train Cons: The floors and walls were paper thin. I could hear my upstairs neighbors moving around, their dogs barking, and neighbors next door talking. They also had a roach infestation. You often saw them in hallways and the garbage chute room. Advice to landlord: Clean it up and invest in sound proofing.”
