“Pros: Responsive management, good vibe, great location. Problems were fixed pretty much right away. Cons: Could be a bit noisy, some tiny roaches but they were taken care of by management as soon as they were reported. Advice to landlord: Maybe get an exterminator to sweep the whole building?”
