“Unit 1L Pros: Close to so many amenities, nice hardwood floors. Cons: Hot water isn't reliable (means cold showers and boiling water to wash dishes some days); the super and landlord are friendly, but slow to respond to issues. The buzzer hasn't worked in nearly 2 years. Advice to landlord: Get the boiler regulator and the buzzer fixed.”
