“Pros: Neighbors are decent Cons: Elevator is always broken, it breaks down at least once a month for multiple days. This building is not for elderly or the disable. And the building could be a bit cleaner. Advice to landlord: Do better for your tenants, it’s ludicrous at how many things needs to be fixed but can’t be fixed”
