Doormen were also awesome and kept the place safe and organized Cons: Homeless population around street; across the street from section 8 housing Doormen make the place feel very safe though”

— 247 EAST 28 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Really friendly doormen, good clean roof deck, serviceable gym, nice well built apartments with working appliances and heating/ac. Easy enough to get a flexwall established and set up. Flex wall is full floor to ceiling, no open air. Can't get that in a lot of buildings nowadays. Cons: Definitely could get some young/loud neighbors, not really a family building. The street corner that it's on is okay, but there are some interesting characters that like to hang out there Advice to landlord: Just make sure you're being responsive about people's requests in their units.”
— 247 EAST 28 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: We got a great deal; management is responsive for repairs and packages Cons: It's expensive so we did a flex which means we had no living room/a very small living room Advice to landlord: We like all the doormen!”

— 247 EAST 28 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: amenities, roof deck, apartment interiors are really modern Cons: gym could be better”
— 247 EAST 28 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: The building is renovated and is in good location. Cons: Management is awful. Several apartments were robbed in this building from someone who had access to the keys. The building was then sold to a new owner who then preceded to double the rent (apparently legal if it’s a new owner) and then renovate apartments 7 days a week resulting in constant noise, dust, and construction for the remaining residents. Absolute hell.”
