Cons: The landlord is terrible about turning on heat, uses questionable labor to do significant repairs after hours. I went 5 months with intermittent heat and she refused to do anything about it, until I finally reported her to the city. She's bad about turning on heat at the start of the year. There was a significant leak in the building that necessitated renovations to the unit below me that led to 7 months of constant construction often illegally late at night (we're talking 10pm here) When I moved in the unit had not been properly cleaned prior to move in and I had to physically remove every cabinet door in the kitchen and hand wash it. Advice to landlord: Do better.”
