“Pros: Huge Full floor apartment with lots of natural light. Large kitchen, separate dining area and big bedrooms. All for a very good price. Cons: Not Renovated (if you consider that a negative). Upstair neighbors are a little loud due to not having carpet on their floors Advice to landlord: Update the laundry machines in the basement and replace the air conditioner in the living room”
