“Pros: Close to the best spots in Williamsburg. Great rooftop which is barely used so feels like your own. Nice neighbors too Cons: Cockroach issue on the ground floor and a few mice. Management company was a little slow to resolve issues and respond Advice to landlord: Great building aside from pest issues”

“Pros: Management is responsive and excellent. Super is great. Cons: They don't seem to replace broken parts, like AC, with new products very often. Advice to landlord: Stop buying from that same AC vendor.”
