“Pros: Very clean, no problems with pests, never had any issue with laundry or packages. Super was fairly responsive. Neighbors were polite and quiet. Loved the location -- trader joes, target, hmart all very close by Cons: At night there was often a super loud garbage truck at like 3 AM or smth, and it would be very very loud. If I wasn't a deep sleeper, I feel like this would have bothered me a lot more than it did. Also, AC was not very effective/strong. I would recommend buying your own fan.”

“Pros: management responsive. close to 6. garbage collected frequently. Cons: as of may 2022 residents of 2A noisy as hell. for example blasting TV until 6 am while unit was empty. one example of many.”
