“Pros: Great apartment and friendly owners. Super efficient at taking care of any issues! Building was maintained impeccably especially for NY. Cons: No door buzzer! Advice to landlord: Add buzzers in each apt!”

“Pros: Lots of space for the price, quick to respond landlords, really close to subway. Cons: Highway noise, no deliveries, strange layout, very old, could only support one AC unit. Advice to landlord: Update kitchen and electric, install buzzers, easier/automated rent system.”
