“Pros: Overall well maintained building with great live in super. Older building but a lot of units are renovated and the building feels pretty safe. Elevator is super helpful Cons: Had a few roaches, tiny ants at one point and some roaches in basement where trash is”

“Pros: It's in a good location and the rent is slightly cheaper than other buildings around. Cons: They put no resources into maintaining the building, there are tons of cockroaches, packages are stolen frequently, homeless people living in the hallway, and the neighbors are always screaming in the hallway. For a year we had no gas and no ovens. The hot water goes out frequently. The elevator is usually broken, and the mailbox is broken. The floors and walls haven't been cleaned or improved since the 1800s. Advice to landlord: Invest in your property and it would be a nice building.”
