“Unit 1K Pros: Beautiful and secure building, friendly but generally quiet neighbors Cons: I lived on the first floor and the roaches were unbearable. Was promised monthly cleanings but that didn't happen. Killed at least one roach a day. Had issues with the lights, got stove replaced but was not properly hooked up leaving me without use for a month. Building was responsive, though there were constant problems to upkeep Advice to landlord: More thoroughly treat bug problem”
