“Pros: Located in a nice neighborhood Cons: Landlord does no repair or halfass repairs. No paint jobs and no building management. And he has a preference of only Haitian living in the building. Advice to landlord: Treat and take care of your tenants apartment when asked .your rent is being paid every month .”
