“Pros: when you move out you will have great stories to tell friends about the garbage apartment you used to live in. Cons: Don't live here, theres too many to list. Take my advice and do not live here. Don't trust the super aka the captain, his charm wears off after about a week. Advice to landlord: Shut that shit down.”
