“Pros: The Asian man in management is nice. (Can’t remember his name! Sorry!) My apartment was spacious and the on site manager Jeff is amazing. Cons: Roaches! I had bugs! The shires are dirty and need to be closed off. No heat that fills the apartment so I bought space heaters. Advice to landlord: Slowly fix the building up. The rent is too high for what you get.”
