“Unit 1A Pros: - location! - cute - has character Cons: Danny the property manager takes forever to respond and acts annoyed about it. Slightly loud if street facing.”

“Pros: - Amazing overall location - Charming block - Exposed brick units - Tons of loft storage - Minimal maintenance needs Cons: - Occasional cockroaches in the summer - Management company is just OK. Sometimes rude, sometimes slow to respond, but ultimately fair and helpful Advice to landlord: I guess just be nicer and a bit more attentive. Online rent payments would be nice too.”
