“Pros: There were no pros when working with the landlord/management Cons: The only time the landlord/management got in touch with us when our heat wasn’t working for 2 months (after numerous phone calls, emails, and voicemails) was when we emailed saying we were going to submit a complaint at 311. This was only one problem, there were thousands more. Super was nonexistent. Tape was there most common solution. No heat. No AC. Mold in the bathroom that was never addressed. Advice to landlord: Manro Associates LLC - only responding when you are threatened with being reported for violations is not a great business strategy.”
