“Unit B2 Pros: The apartment seemed like it had a nice layout when I was 25 and broke, but little did I know that we were in for a hellish experience. Spacious living room is about all that I can say. Cons: HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE FOR MANY REASONS!!! -We were coerced into signing a two year lease -We had a break in, and little was done by the property owner to assist us in recovering the stolen items -We had RECURRING issues with bed bugs -Building cleanliness was horrible, and garbage routinely piled up in the basement, cockroaches on the walls -The only way we were able to get out of our lease after having multiple instances of bed bugs was to dupe another renter into taking over our lease -The building management/owner (one in the same) did not disclose the bed bug issue to the new renters, as required by law -The new renters had issues with bed bugs and also had a break in Advice to landlord: GO TO HELL”
