“Pros: New management is responsive and professional. Most neighbors are nice. Cleaning crew does a great job. Cons: One neighbor with loud guest screaming for them at AM hours and those guest steal packages. Maintenance has improved but can still be slow. Old building with rusty radiator parts, small cracks in walls, squeaky peeling wood floors. Advice to landlord: Replace the hard wood floors and cracks in walls.”

“Unit 1 bedroom Pros: I liked my apt before this company brought the buildings I live in! The original owners care about their tenants and property! Cons: The owners are crooks and they are rude disrespectful! Advice to landlord: Sell the property to people that care!”
