“Pros: Swept lobby? Barely any pros Cons: Mice. Everythings broken. No one fixes things properly. They take forever to come once you file a complaint. Advice to landlord: The “quick fixes” around the apartments is just showing you don’t care about your renters. Nothing is properly or PROFESSIONALLY fixed. They literally get guys who don’t know anything about construction. Not even a simple plastering job 🤣”
