“Pros: Lots of natural light, no pests, quiet neighborhood, nice tenants, close to JMZ train and supermarkets Cons: Landlord is unresponsive, shady, and only cares about himself. Did not do anything after a sexual harassment complaint about workers fixing the illegal heating. Took 6 weeks to get security deposit back. Advice to landlord: Pay more attention to tenant needs”
