“Unit 2 Pros: Three-unit building that has a responsive landlord, quiet neighbors, and great garbage/recycling management. There is strong water pressure throughout the unit and terrace access for each unit. Cons: There is not great sound insulation (ie. thinner walls) and the landlord is kind but reluctant to fix things / coordinate a mutually beneficial time. Advice to landlord: N/A”
