“Pros: Highly recommend this building if you can negotiate a cheaper rent during COVID. The renovated apartments are nice as long as nothing breaks! Cons: If you’re paying the usual rates of over 4K for a one bedroom it’s not worth it. The management company has a lot of turn over. They’ve incredibly slow to fix issues like no heat or a broken front door. We went months without a working front door to the building. They are very slow to fix anything in the building and not responsive to requests. Advice to landlord: Fix building wide things that are broken to ensue your tenants have heat and security.”
