“Pros: Doorman in building, great outdoor space, kind neighbors Cons: One of the worst roach problems I've ever encountered while living in NYC. The owner and properly managers will try to squeeze as much money out of you as possible while they maintain the bare minimum. Advice to landlord: Deal with the roaches and mice!”
