“Unit 2L Pros: Updated appliances and apts, they look great until you live in them for a while. ac/heat units in each room Cons: Leaks, frozen water pipes, disgusting neighbors in the building. Management doesn't care what you do or what you need unless you withhold money from them. Advice to landlord: React to your tenants requests instead of ignoring them”
