“Pros: Very Close to the D train, M10 & Bx6 bus lines Cons: It took them 2yrs to fix a leak in my Apt., I had an open wall for at least 3 to 4 months Advice to landlord: WOW! I have none! I moved out January 2020(Gave them the Keys walked away. LITERALLY "Lived at my Job throughout the whole Yr. of 2020”

“Pros: Location is great due to major subway lines in the area. Building has good water pressure and heat. Cons: Neighbors steal packages The building is not kept clean Garbage doesn't seem to go out often There are no cameras in the building at all Things do not get fixed in a timely manner Advice to landlord: You are very fast to message tenants about rent but do not keep this building up to minimum standards. You should try to focus on keeping the building clean and getting things fixed.”

“Pros: Nothing. I hate this building Cons: All the drug dealers and gang bangers hang out in front of this building. Its the only place like this in Harlem. The worst building in the neighborhood by far. Advice to landlord: Remove the presence from in front of the building at all times. Your little sign aint doing the job.”
