“Pros: Reasonable price on a good block Cons: Landlords attempted to make tenants pay for necessary repairs that were not caused by tenants (plumbing issues). They attempted to accuse us of damaging water pressure and leaky faucets as a way to justify charging us for these repairs. Advice to landlord: Stop trying to skirt your legal obligations as landlords and attempting to misrepresent the law to your tenants”
