Cons: Management is pretty terrible. Issues with package stealing were blamed on tenants, and I received a snarky email from management when I inquired about it. The lobby hallway will have an awful odor and wet floors about 1 time per week (and I'm still not sure what the smell or wetness is from). To make matters worse, our medicine cabinet fell off our wall, hit my roommate on the head and gave her a concussion, and broke several hundred dollars worth of beauty products. Management was unhelpful, finally sending someone to fix the cabinet 2 months later. They entered our apartment with no warning. This is despite the fact we had explicitly told management that no one was allowed inside the apartment to fix the medicine cabinet without one of us being there. The person who came in installed another (!) broken medicine cabinet, scared our dog, and used the toilet without flushing and putting the seat back down. When we spoke to management about this, they were unapologetic, and it took us several more weeks to get a third medicine cabinet. Advice to landlord: Start actually attempting to serve your tenants”

She does not take responsibility on anything and blames it all on the tenants. Ej: We had. packages stolen, her response "Don't let people steal from the building" like...???? We also had garbage issues, her response: Try to be more conscious on your trash....??? Come pick it up!!! Advice to landlord: Ever since the head person in management changed to her all of the building is unhappy with management”
