“Unit 33 Pros: Great location, very responsive and helpful super Cons: Had a huge mouse problem, I caught 5 in my apartment in one day. Also the heat is always on like 90 degrees Advice to landlord: Get a better exterminator and turn down the heat”

“Pros: Really close to the 1 train stop. Good restaurants a block up on Amsterdam and loved how close it was to Riverside park. Decent sized apartment for the price and an excellent, live-in super. Management was always responsive. Cons: Really need laundry in the building given that there aren't a ton of options nearby. Natural light in the units was pretty bad. The heat never felt like it was on in the winter.”

“Pros: Super is attentive. Cons: Landlord complained when I contacted them. They are impossible to reach and unwilling to listen or help in any way. Apparently doing things “old school” means ignoring everything and being rude. Advice to landlord: Modernize. Allow people to pay online. Furnish your roof. If you can’t provide laundry in the basement the least you could do is allow people on the roof.”
