“Pros: Quiet street and building, good location. Cons: Packages are usually stolen within hours (thief neighbor possibly?). Management / super are both unresponsive to issues unless you press them hard and it'll still take a while. Building is literally falling apart: walls, floors, and ceilings often break/disintegrate. Apartment came dirty with broken fixtures and appliances. Advice to landlord: Get a camera for the lobby so packages aren't stolen. Respond to maintenance requests.”

“Pros: Location, clean hallways and stairwells, crown molding in all rooms of apartment, laundry, very responsive and helpful super Cons: There is rotting garbage in the lightwell between 52 and 54 Barrow. Management refused to do anything about it, claiming it was the responsibility of 54 Barrow Advice to landlord: Clean up the garbage in the lightwell, or work with 54 Barrow or the city to get it cleaned up”
