“Unit 4B Pros: stairs & entry well were clean and well kept, virtual doorman Cons: loud, some nyu students living there. consistent smoking problem that would fill my unit.”

“Pros: I was in apt 6a with roommates. Amazing views on the roof, fun living area. Cons: We had a leaky roof that they “fixed” like 10 times but it kept coming back. Also, don’t pay extra for the loft room. More space, yeah, but the lack of wall really sucks. Advice to landlord: Fix your roof”

“Pros: Location is nice Cons: Awful unresponsive management. Lots and lots of pests. Witnessed multiple break ins and theft from package room. Front Door also didn’t lock and manage my didn’t get it fixed for over a month. Too many things to even list.”

“Pros: Clean and safe lobby, Cons: MICE PROBLEMS - that the super does not attempt to try to help you fix. Maintenance issues take too long to be fixed or just never get fixed at all. Package room is so full that it is impossible to find anything and theft occurs often. Heaters are very loud and sometimes impossible to turn down. Many cheaply fixed/covered up issues like shower tiles, shotty contraction and installation of appliances, etc. Advice to landlord: Please be more responsive and focus on sealing up spaces in apartments where pests and mice enter and exit”

“Unit 6B Pros: Surprisingly quiet and safe. I loved living here and would recommend to anyone. Cons: Management lovessssss to take their time in responding or helping you.”

“Unit 6D Pros: Unique apt, exposed brick, responsive building manager, cleaned everyday, trash was never an issue, relatively quiet Cons: We had a rat problem and we’re on the sixth floor of a walk up. This was not covered immeaditely and kept happening. We also had a water bug problem.”

“Pros: The super for the building is very responsive and helpful Cons: The landlord made an over 50% rent increase to our apartment. Many maintain issues”

“Pros: Nice finishes, responsive super, great location, clean lobby, dishwasher, laundry in unit. Cons: Lots of stolen packages, smokers in building that management will not stop. Advice to landlord: Figure out a solution to the rampant package theft and smoking.”
