“Pros: - super was responsive and easy to get a hold of - hallways kept clean Cons: - rent increased 40% every year - management was never helpful - took over a month to get my deposit back Advice to landlord: Treat your tenants like human beings”

“Pros: Location is amazing. Close to everything. Good neighbors. Noise between apartments isn’t bad. Heat works well! Cons: There have been some iffy scenarios, upon asking management they make up some response as to how it happened versus actually looking into it.”

“Pros: Beautiful apartments with exposed brick and in-unit washer dryers. Can't beat location. Cons: Management is completely unresponsive. Hot water and water pressure is terrible despite multiple complaints.”

“Pros: It’s in a very convenient area Cons: Horrible management - looks great when you tour but as soon as you move in, everything breaks and it takes them weeks to get things fixed. We didn’t have a working toilet/tub for over 3 week Advice to landlord: There is a reason why tenants don’t stay and it’s sad because I would’ve been more than happy to renew our lease if there just would’ve been better management.”
