“Pros: The full size fridge with an open living space and natural light. Cons: The building is a bit older and you might occasionally require repairs but landlord is very responsive.”

“Pros: Renovated, clean, near subways and grocery. We were generally friendly with the landlord family. They were responsive when we needed something. However, the mother was difficult to deal with at times. Cons: Both upstairs and downstairs neighbors were always loud. There is no noise insulation in the building. The downstairs unit (basement) ended up being illegal. We had constant problems with water pressure being too low. It was cold in the winter. Garbage was stored in the courtyard where some windows faced. We did have a few roach problems in our kitchen. Advice to landlord: Building needs better noise and heat insulation”

“Pros: Renovated building, quite street, tree lined, excellent AC and heat, strong water pressure, nice landlord, close to subway station Cons: Small unit size, no laundry (closest is a few blocks away) Advice to landlord: None at the moment”
