“Pros: Great location, decent sized rooms and lots of storage in our unit. We loved having a washer/dryer in unit. Cons: Roaches from time to time and had a run in with a couple of mice. It is an old building so it has its quirks. The rooms in the back are very quiet but the front of the apartment is pretty noisy because it is located street side. Advice to landlord: Redo the floors!”
