“Unit 2S Pros: 2 bed 2 bath set up is pretty nice. room close to the street sometimes faces noise as it's on first ave, but nothing a sound machine cant fix. had one mouse issue which was quickly resolved. only a few cockroaches, but nothing crazy. exterminator has planned trips once a month which makes you feel better Cons: we have a very distinct hole in our ceiling, and the building comes and paints over it, then tells us not to worry about it Advice to landlord: investigate the issues properly”
