“Pros: The building is clean inside. There is security at the doors. There are. Special likes for delivered packages. Apartments have balconies and are of a good size. Cons: Parking is very difficult in the area and expensive in the building. People who are not on the lease cannot get a parking space even if willing to pay the high fees.”
