“Pros: Super responsive property managers. Fix problems in a timely manner. Cons: It’s an old building so problems like leaking, bugs, mice, bad smells may occur.”

“Pros: Location is good for bars and restaurants but so much shit gets thrown around outside by homeless looking through the trash Cons: Stairways don’t get cleaned much, super only speaks Russian which was ok for me but lol gl”
