“Pros: Cute little brownstone in Harlem that is well-maintained and clean. The landlord is very reasonable and polite, and I have always had all maintenance issues resolved in hours. Cons: The building is buzzer only (no keypad), which is a little inconvenient for packages. Heat and air are also both electric, so you end up paying for them. Advice to landlord: Modernizing a bit would be great”
