“Pros: The rooms are spacious, have good natural light, and have brick walls in the bedrooms. The neighborhood is great, and the neighbors are wonderful. Cons: The building regularly has gas leaks, and whenever one is discovered your gas will be off for days, if not weeks, at a time. The building likely needs substantial repairs to the gas lines but management is unwilling to invest the time and money to properly deal with the issue and would rather continue to band-aid over every incident. Also, the laundry room has been closed multiple times because non-tenants would come in there and shit on the floor. I never recived a mailbox key. Advice to landlord: Do less coke”

— 246 BAINBRIDGE STREET · Brooklyn“Pros: receptionist at management office seem kind enough Cons: super is unresponsive, pest problem (mice + roaches), apartment was not cleaned before i moved in and landlord ignored my requests for a cleaning”
— 246 BAINBRIDGE STREET · Brooklyn“Pros: Quiet neighborhood, tall ceilings Cons: Old washing machine, no power nor water hose in backyard.”
— 246 BAINBRIDGE STREET · Brooklyn“Pros: The inside of the apartment is nice looking. Tasteful finishes. Cons: The noise level from the radiators and banging pipes / water hammer is unlivable. The building is not managed well. They make no attempt to fix large issues. Our bathroom ceiling fell down due to a leak and the leak was not repaired, only dry wall. It will continue to be a problem. Hostile attitude from management. Noisy upstairs neighbors. Can hear everything they do. Laundry room is always dirty. The water is scalding hot, heat is always turned up too high. Advice to landlord: Take a more collaborative approach to working tenants and fixing issues rather than combative.”
