“Unit 2R Pros: Square feet, great previous owners, quiet Cons: Rent is now too high for lack of amenities, outdated appliances and lack of outlets. Rodent problem. Tenants can’t alter heat so it’s cold in winters. Restricted backyard access. No basement access including no washer and dryer access. Faulty toilet and drainage system. Bug issue. Retains smells Advice to landlord: Charge people fair prices especially for what they are given. Let all tenants use basement, washer and dryer, backyard, and driveway.
