“Pros: Great location, mostly responsive landlord Cons: Basement has had major pest issues, including rats and roaches. After 311 got involved, most of the issues went away. The landlord is incredibly stingy with credit approval. My partner and I needed a guarantor despite making 40x the rent and paying rent on time.”
