“Pros: There are no pros here Cons: From the lack of maintenance from the landlord to the roaches and mice. This place had 4 apartments which 3 of them have been converted into rooms for rent. The rooms have been rented out to drug users and about 3 people died within a years time. Random people go in and out of the building. Not a safe place to live!”
