“Unit 3D Pros: Close to the L and M train. Cons: Building Management is unresponsive and hard to get a hold off. Water bugs throughout the building, wall mounted air conditioners are not installed properly causing leaks and damage in walls and ceilings, main areas of the building not kept clean (dust, bugs, weird material on walls).”

“Unit 3A Pros: Overall safe and easy access for tenants. Cons: Management always takes a while to respond to requests for help.”
