LINCOLN PLACE PROPERTY HOLDING LLC · avg 4.0 ★★★★★ · New York City
“Unit 2B Pros: very responsive with maintenance requests and always quick to come, lobby kept clean, super responsive Cons: never given super's number, management over promises things but never answers when time to follow through.”
— 292 LINCOLN PLACE · Brooklyn“Pros: Where this apartment is is amazing, and all of the essentials are there so no complaints there Cons: May be “recently renovated” but seems like a DIY or pretty poor renovation job. Wobbly sinks and crooked floors with plenty of gaps in the floorboards and weird details you notice. Also have had notable security issues, with some shady people getting into the laundry room/sleeping in the stairwell”
— 291 LINCOLN PLACE · Brooklyn“Pros: Very open, good location. Cons: Landlord unresponsive about issues. Heater makes noise. Moldy shower”
— 291 LINCOLN PLACE · Brooklyn“Pros: Building is clean and people seem nice Cons: No Bike Storage Advice to landlord: Consider allowing indoor bike storage.”
— 292 LINCOLN PLACE · Brooklyn“Pros: Love my neighbors. Love the interior of my place, it was completely overhauled when I moved in and it’s beautiful. Its a pre-war building which I like but the interior of my apt is clean, simple sophisticated design choices and design—more modern. Beautiful floors, paint color, fixtures. Cons: Owners are not easy to reach if there’s a problem. The laundry hasn’t consistently worked since late 2020. The one dryer was broken for 8 months and they finally replaced it with something so cheap that you have to run it twice to dry completely. 1 of 2 washers has been broken for months. Some small roaches in my apt that exterminator can’t seem to fix. FREQUENT water leaks in various apartments. I had a few bad ones early on but luckily haven’t had one in a while but many others have. As of fall of 2021, the heat hasn’t worked at all yet. They’ve been saying they’d fix it for a few weeks and it’s now November Advice to landlord: Fix the laundry room properly. Fix the heat.”
