“Pros: I can’t come up with something I like about this house. Cons: Owner living upstairs extremely noisy, it is literally unbearable 3 am and 4 am things failing on the ground which is our roof it was a nightmare and guess what things get worst owner turned off heat and electricity I had to call 911 at least 5 times to get heat and electricity back thanks god she got à ticked for her trial of illegal eviction, end up leaving it was the worst house ever rent in my life please keep away from there. Advice to landlord: Please respect your tenant who lives just downstairs.”
