“Pros: The landlord Mo is great. He will answer your calls or texts and get back to you quick. The super is a great reliable guy. Cons: People who have lived there for years are very loud and don't really care about noice level or time of day or speaking on personal matters in the hall loudly. Advice to landlord: The property owner is great.”
