“Unit 2 Pros: Good space, updated, with decent insulation Cons: A little noisy with the tire shop across the street, landlord also had tenants responsible for bagging /placing garbage on the curb, which is a chore and can be gross from passersby chucking garbage into the bins”

“Pros: It was affordable for the location. Cons: Heat is not legal. Much too cold in the winter. Other rooms are bit legal bedrooms. Serious rat issues.”
