“Unit 813 Pros: The super is generally responsive, didn’t have any issues there that wasn’t addressed. Cons: I have more of an issue with management in general. Tried to offer a 2-year lease and then pulled out saying the lease was wrong. And then jacked up the rent on a one year lease. Very irresponsible and not professional at all. Building is near a shelter so not very safe to walk back at certain times cause they just sit outside on the ledge of the building. Laundry in unit but it’s a combo washer dryer and it is sloww ( think 4 hours slow) Advice to landlord: Your lease signing website is stupid and slow to changes. Stop trying to push alfred on us”
