Younger crowd overall. Doesn’t get that loud. Try negotiating the rent if you sign. It worked for me Cons: Taube Management is a hassle to deal with at times depending on who you’re working with. Advice to landlord: Find a new management company”

Guy literally tried to tell me the heat wasn't supposed to turn off when it reaches a certain temperature and not having auto shut off was how all heaters work. Advice to landlord: Fix things on time within a week or two atleast. People pay a lot of money to live here”

Doormen are super nice and helpful and roof has great views Cons: Horrible, and I mean HORRIBLE management. They will take advantage of you and scam you out of every possible penny they can. They are so incredibly rude and frustrating to work with. Will also ignore you after multiple calls and emails. Something broken? Good luck getting it fixed anytime soon. Apartments are fake luxury, cheaply made and a lot of rooms don’t have windows or closets. Building is also a bit of a frat house, lot of young loud people who throw parties, which isn’t necessarily a con if you’re into that No Advice to landlord: Get new management.”
