“Pros: Quiet Street, generally quiet tenants Nice quality of apartments Cons: Old kitchen ameneties Very hard to get the super to work on stuff/get responses from management Outdated bathrooms Advice to landlord: Update kitchen and bathrooms”

“Pros: Well insulated building with friendly staff. No major issues with pests, neighbors, or noise, and the apartments are spacious. Cons: It used to take forever for things to be fixed.”

“Pros: Loved this building so much- from the friendly doorman's to the neighbors. No issues with apartment at all and they were always quick to help if anything ever showed up. Can't recommend enough Cons: One con is we changed supers about 3 times in 6 months. Not sure for the reason but imagine there might be something happening behind closed doors”

“Pros: Responsive super and staff. Clean with accessible garbage chute and clean recycling area. Cons: Maintenance sometimes slow on building common areas.”

“Pros: Doormen are so friendly. Maintenance is super responsive. Never had an issue with hearing neighbors. Get a text message from building when a package has arrived. Cons: Literally nothing bad”
