“Pros: Quiet Street, generally quiet tenants Nice quality of apartments Cons: Old kitchen ameneties Very hard to get the super to work on stuff/get responses from management Outdated bathrooms Advice to landlord: Update kitchen and bathrooms”

No issues with apartment at all and they were always quick to help if anything ever showed up. Can't recommend enough Cons: One con is we changed supers about 3 times in 6 months. Not sure for the reason but imagine there might be something happening behind closed doors”
